0Donna R. Mayfield, 72, of Fayetteville, passed away on April 8, 2015. She was a school bus driver for the Fayette County School System from November 1, 1974 to October 22, 1999.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry L. Mayfield. She is survived by her children, Shelby and Todd Reese of Fayetteville, Richard K. Marshburn of Edmond, Okla., Kenneth and Beverly Marshburn of Cameron, N.C., and Denise Shelnutt of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Ashley and Zachary Campbell of Concord, Kendall and Steven Kulwicki of Fayetteville, Carla Ivie of Fayetteville, Kristen Marshburn of Cameron, N.C., and Kimberly Marshburn of Cameron, N.C.; her great-grandchildren, Riley Campbell of Concord and Damian Ivie of Fayetteville; and her sisters, Patricia and Shirley.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015, at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City, with Reverend Ed Nelson officiating. The burial will immediately follow the service at Hopewell Methodist Cemetery, Tyrone, Ga. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2015 at the funeral home.
