Susan G. Komen Greater Atlanta and Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan are hosting “Surviving and Thriving in 2015,” an inaugural conference for 100 breast cancer survivors and co-survivors.
The half-day program will include discussions related to breast cancer survivorship, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. Leading researchers also will present advances in breast cancer research and treatment.
The conference offers a unique opportunity for survivors to connect with one another, while learning innovative ways to maintain their health and wellness after breast cancer.
The conference is Saturday, March 21, at 8:30 a.m. at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, 600 Celebrate Life Parkway, Newnan.
