Donald Deibler, age 93, of Peachtree City

Donald “POP” Deibler, age 93, of Peachtree City, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at The Heritage of Peachtree.

He was born on November 20, 1921 in Williamstown, Pa. to the late Elmer & Florence Deibler. He lived in Millersburg, Pa. until 1980, moved to Largo, Fla., and then to Peachtree City, Ga. in 1998. He served in the US Army, Pacific during WWII and retired from TRW, now Northrop Grumman after 30 years of service.

Mr. Deibler was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey; his brothers, Ralph and Clayton; his sisters, Lois and Kathryn, and his daughter Donna. Survivors include his sons, Scott of Peachtree City, Ga. and Brad of Anchorage, Alaska, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grand-children and 1 great-great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. If desired, in lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to the Wounded Warriors Project.
