Fayette Emergency Management plans faith-based conference

Fayette County Emergency Management announced its third annual Fayette County Faith Based Conference, Saturday, Feb. 7, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Heritage Christian Church, 2130 Redwine Rd., Fayetteville. There is no charge to attend.

Conference topics will include:

• 2014 ice storm, lessons learned;
• Georgia Power storm response overview;
• Personal preparedness in your home;
• CPR training;
• EBOLA – Get the facts;
• National Weather Service;
• FEMA guest speaker;
• Preparing for functional needs population; and more.
