Cyclists, runners and swimmers of all abilities and all ages can get free advice and instruction on Jan. 31 from world-class athletes who support the FCA Endurance MultiSport Weekend.
Two-time Olympic Marathoner Ryan Hall and three-time Ironman Champion Chris Lieto, both supporters of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) endurance weekend, will be at the First Baptist Church, 208 Willowbend Road in Peachtree City from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m for a free training program.
The free training will feature “Core and Flexibility,” the second of a seven-part series. This program prepares amateur sports enthusiasts physically, mentally and spiritually for their selected disciplines in cycling, paddle boarding, rock climbing, running, and/or swimming for the FCA Endurance MultiSport Weekend in April.
