0Starrs Mill High School students painted themselves pink at the school’s Oct. 31 football game in order to honor a SMHS teacher, Ashley Salter, who passed away Oct. 27 after an illness with breast cancer. Salter, a math teacher, was at Starrs Mill from 2002 until 2014.
