0A Talmo man was arrested Nov. 4 in Peachtree City on charges of kidnapping and sodomy.
Verlon Tuck, 34, of Talmo, was charged with theft, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and kidnapping, said Peachtree City Police Department spokesman Mark Brown.
Brown said officers at approximately 5:25 a.m. responded to a business located at 995 North Peachtree Parkway in reference to a reported sexual assault.
Brown said the victim and the offender travelled together to the incident location.
“The suspect had access to the business as a part of a cleaning contract,” Brown said.
