On Oct. 20, Boy Scout Troop 175 held its 13th annual flag retirement ceremony at the Peachtree City United Methodist Church Scout Lodge. Col. Brian Cavanaugh, Commender of the U.S.Army Accessions Support Brigade located at Fort Know, Ky., was the guest speaker. Attendees included veterans, local law enforcement and fire department personnel, community leaders and pastors, boy scouts and their families. Over 100 flags, which had served our nation, were retired with the participation of attendees. Pictured is Colin Comiskey giving a final salute. Photo/Submitted.
