Peter Brian Wallace was born in Waltham, Mass. on December 6, 1948. He went to be with our Lord September 4, 2014.
Loving husband of 45 years to Becky Blunt Wallace. Father to David, Tim, Rachel & Brice Campbell, & Bobbie Griffith Wallace. Devoted grandfather to Annabelle, Paul and Aiden Wallace and Keegan Prince. Brother to Mark and Roberta Wallace, and Joe and Carolyn Wallace. Brother in law to Don and Ruth Blunt. He leaves many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents Alton and Virginia Wallace.
Peter and his family lived in Fayette County, Ga. for 30 years before moving to South Carolina in 2013.
Peter spent the last years of his working career at Georgia Tech Research Institute where he was an integral part of instituting a Quality Program. He was greatly appreciated there and thoroughly enjoyed the people with whom he was privileged to work.
Peter was a Godly man and a gentleman extraordinaire. He will be missed by many.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 on Folly Field Beach just prior to sunset with Joe Friesen, Pastor of Low Country Community Church officiating.
