Michael Allen Naber, 55, went home to the Lord on May 24, 2014.

Michael is survived by his wife, Sondra, and sons Andrew Michael and Benjamin Edward. Mike is the son of John and Nancy Naber of Grand Rapids, Mich. He is also survived by a sister, Pam Knox (John) of Athens, Ga., and brothers Steve Naber (Marcie) of Columbus, Ohio, and Tom Naber (Lisa) of Sacramento, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his brother, the late Robert Naber (Karen) of Bloomington, Ind.

Mike loved his family. He was a devoted husband and a loving father. Spending time with his family was his greatest joy. Mike was a member of Peachtree City United Methodist Church where he was an active participant in adult Sunday School, men’s group, global missions, and he taught youth Sunday School. He had a successful career in the automotive sales and support industry. He held multiple roles in marketing, sales and new product development. He was most recently employed in sales at Thornton Road Hyundai. Mike enjoyed the outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, and playing golf as a member of Canongate Golf Club.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Peachtree City United Methodist Church (PTCUMC) at 225 Robinson Road in Peachtree City.

A Memorial Service, led by Dr. Steve Dodson, will be celebrated on Thursday May 29, 2014 at 2 p.m. at PTCUMC. A reception will follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in memory of Michael to the Global Missions Fund, C/O PTCUMC, 225 Robinson Road, Peachtree City, Ga. 30269.
