On Feb. 24, Commissioner of the Department of Insurance and Fire Safety, Ralph Hudgens spoke to members and guests of the Coweta Fayette Rotary Club meeting in Senoia. Commissioner Hudgens addressed the club about the current Georgia statistics of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act commonly known as the Affordable Care Act or “Obamacare” and gave updates on current legislation surrounding his office of Insurance and Fire Safety. To highlight the evening, Commissioner Hudgens (pictured on the right) presented members of the Coweta County Fire Department, Tyler Willis (left) and Alan Storey (center) with 60 fire/smoke detectors. These detectors are to be given to families in Coweta County that may be unable to afford them. Photo/Special.
