Acclaimed local children’s book publisher Gallopade International announces the relocation of its corporate, editorial, and sales/marketing offices and warehouse facilities to 611 Highway 74 S, Suite 2000 in Peachtree City. In a new building, located just a stone’s throw away from Falcon Field, Gallopade’s many components will be united underneath one roof.

When asked about the relocation from the company’s previous headquarters across town, Gallopade President Michele Yother said, “Combining all of our company’s departments into one central location supports an efficient and smooth business operation. We were delighted to have found such a location in Peachtree City, where we can remain accessible to our local customers and fans.”

Well-known by young readers and teachers alike, the second generation, family-owned independent publishing house is a true community gem. Local children’s celebrity author, Carole Marsh, is the founder and CEO of Gallopade, and the creator of hundreds of beloved children’s mystery books, including the popular Around the World in 80 Mysteries series. Her daughter, Michele Yother, and son, Michael Longmeyer, now run the company.

During its 34 years of producing educational children’s materials for children ages 6-16, the company has earned a reputation as one of the nation’s top independent publishers. Over the years, Gallopade products have received many accolades, including the 2013 Learning Magazine Teachers’ Choice Award for the Classroom, 2013 Academics’ Choice Award, and the 2012 Creative Child Magazine Book of the Year Award. In 2013, Gallopade’s CEO and founder Carole Marsh was nominated for the 49th Georgia Author of the Year award.
