Mrs. Billie Frances Rogers, 88, of Alpharetta, formerly of Fayetteville, passed away April 22, 2013.
She was a member of Fayetteville Presbyterian Church where she previously served as the church secretary.
She was preceded in death by her husband William S. “Bill” Rogers.
She is survived by her devoted sister, Betty Thrasher, formerly of Fayetteville, now living in Alpharetta; sister, Carolyn Stewart Nelson of St. Petersburg, Fla.; nieces and nephews, Lynn Thrasher Stephens, Cliff Stewart Thrasher, Peggy Thrasher Janowiak, Glen Clovis Thrasher and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Alex Moses will officiate.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
