Jerry Wolfer, 65, of Fayetteville, passed away April 3, 2013. He served his country in the US Navy, he worked in retail management, was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Beth; children Wendy & Keith Marler of Newnan, Laura & Chris Rogers of Fayetteville, Wesley & Jennifer Wolfer of Rome and Dixie & Drew Case of Senoia; grandchildren Emme, Matthew, Brendan, Hailey, Carlie, Ellie, C.J., Addison, Samantha, Andrew and Aiden; sisters Ileen Enzminger of Bismark, N.D., Sharon Decker of Phoenix, Ariz. and Janice Guler of Minneapolis, Minn.; brother Brad Wolfer of Scarsdale, N.Y. and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 9 a.m. at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Fayetteville Ward. Bishop Mickey Edwards will officiate. The burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
