LDS church will host blood drive tomorrow
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will host a Red Cross Blood Drive Thursday, Feb.  21 from 3 – 8 p.m. The church is at  101 Peachtree Parkway  South, corner of Peachtree Parkway and Ga. Highway 54, inPeachtree City.

Holly Grove Men’s Day set for Feb. 24
The men of Holly Grove AME Church will host their annual Men’s Day Celebration Service on Sunday, Feb. 24,  at 3 p.m.  Bishop Frank C. Cummings, retired sixth district AMEC bishop will be the guest speaker. This year’s theme is “A Workman Approved by God” from 2 Timothy 2:21. CDM plans Hype Night service
Christ Discipleship Ministries (CDM) will host a Hype Night Service on Saturday, Feb. 23, beginning at 5 p.m.  The service will be presented in the church spirit but not in the church way, according to a spokesperson. Samaan to speak at SDA church Feb. 23
Dr. Phillip Samaan, presently a theology professor at Southern Adventist University and author of many books on “Christ’s Way,” will speak on discipleship Saturday, Feb, 23, at 11:10 a.m. at PTC Seventh Day Adventist Church in Sharpsburg.
