On Sunday, Feb. 10, at 3 p.m., All Saints Anglican Church of Peachtree City will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at the site of its new complex at 149 Ebenezer Rd. near Ga. Highway 54 in Fayette County. The 12,000 sq. ft., gothic-style facility will be located on eight acres and will consist of a 300-person sanctuary, small separate chapel, fellowship hall, and six classrooms. The existing house on the property will be converted to offices and administrative space. A series of covered walkways will complete the church and give it a cloistered look.

The rector, Father Michael Fry, describes All Saints as a Biblical church with Apostolic roots: Biblical in that the Bible is the ultimate standard of its faith and Apostolic since its roots lie in the faith and practice of the early Christian church. Anglicanism is a tradition within Christianity comprising churches with historical connections to the Church of England or similar beliefs. Anglican churches comprise the third largest group of Christian churches in the world.

All Saints Anglican Church was founded in 2007and meets in a temporary location at 225 S. Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree City. (Phone, 770-486-5374.)
