Spring Hill Elementary School students were honored by a visit from Lt. Shaper, who had recently returned from Afghanistan. The student body had been introduced to him during a skyping experience on Veteran’s Day during his tour of duty in Afghanistan. Pictured with Lt. Shaper are 5th graders Nick Ruggeri, Jacob Fields, Nikolas Huebecker, and Tyler Munford. Lt. Shaper was showing his gratitude to these Boy Scouts for their participation in the Veteran’s Day assembly. Spring Hill students, staff, and parents are appreciative of his service to our country.
