Anna Lee Wees, 89, of Peachtree City, passed away January 7, 2013.
She was a member of The American Legion Auxilliary, the Gideon Auxilliary and enjoyed Red Hat Society meetings.
She is preceded in death by her son, Dale Wees II and a sister Evagail Dean.
She is survived by her husband, Dale of 69 years; daughters Debbie (Jimmy) Brogdon, Beverly (Allen) Davis, Trudy (Ken) Baker and Sue (Rick) LeBrun; eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Wilda Godwin and Wilma Baker; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City. Dr. Jerry Cross will officiate. The burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
