0In Coweta County, voters returned incumbent Democrat Al Smith to the District 5 post on the County Commission.
Smith defeated Republican Hayden Marlowe to retain his seat.
Coweta reported a turnout of more than 75 percent, with 55,774 voters casting ballots.
