A new garden and pavilion built at Braelinn Elementary School in memory of a former student will be dedicated Tuesday at 1 p.m.
The effort has been undertaken in memory of Anna Van Horn, who drowned in a tubing accident while on the Chattahoochee River June 3.
Anna loved nature and gardening with her mother. The garden will include blooming plants in her favorite colors: pink, purple and yellow.
To make a tax deductible donation to help grow Anna’s Garden, checks may be sent and made payable to Braelinn Elementary School at 975 Robinson Road, Peachtree City, Ga. 30269.
