Jews for Jesus program set for tonight
On Wednesday, March 28 at 7 p.m, Tyrone First Baptist Church will host Jews for Jesus’ presentation, “Christ in the Passover.” The student ministry and AWANA children will join the others in the sanctuary for a time of gathering to hear Scripture in a whole new light. Tyrone First Baptist is on Arrowwood Drive, adjacent to Sharon Memorial Gardens, in downtown Tyrone.

Inman UMC to hold Easter Egg Hunt
The Children’s Ministries of Inman United Methodist Church, 151 Hills Bridge Road, just off Highway 92 South in Fayetteville, is hosting a free Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, March 31 from 10 – 11 a.m. Children should  bring their Easter baskets.  All the children in the community and their families are invited.  Activities will include face painting, snacks, bouncy-house time and most important, the Easter Egg Hunt beginning at 10:30 a.m.  For additional information or directions, call the church office, 770 461-2123.

Fayette Presbyterian to host Seder dinner
Fayette Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville will host a Seder Dinner Wednesday, April 4, at 5:30 p.m. Church members as well as visitors are invited. The cost is $5 per person. RSVP by March 18 to the church officer manager, 770-461-7147, for confirmation planning of food and seating. Fayette Presbyterian Church is at 791 Forest Avenue (Ga. Highway 92 N.),  Fayetteville.
Senoia UMC plans Easter Egg Hunt

Word of God Lutheran plans last Lenten event
Word of God Lutheran Church in Peachtree City  will hold its final Wednesday mid-week Lenten service at 7 p.m. on March 28.  Word of God meets at 303 Kelly Dr., Suite 10, Peachtree City.  Larry Lystig is the interim pastor. For more information, call the church, 678-883-5310.  

Nat’l Heights offers parenting classes
Five- week Active Parenting classes will meet again at National Heights Baptist Church from 2-4 p.m. starting Sunday, April 15. The cost is $13 per family.  Classes are co-sponsored by the United Methodist Children’s home.  To register, email Noelle Owen at
