Mr. Edward Thomas Trevena, of Sharpsburg, formerly of Forest Park, passed away on March 19, 2012, at the age of 75.
Mr. Trevena was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was an honest, hardworking man who enjoyed discussing politics and an occasional trip to Biloxi to try his luck. He worked for the Ford Motor Company for 26 years working in the Parts Dept.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Dorothy “Dot” Trevena; sons Brian Trevena and his wife Karen of Sharpsburg, Eric Trevena of Atlanta; granddaughter Michelle Matthews and her husband Justin of Franklin; three great-grandchildren; and sister Viola “Pete” Kovachechek.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Reverend Grady “Buddy” Crawford Jr. will officiate. Entombment will follow in Camp Memorial Park and Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 1 – 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
