Fayetteville First Baptist Church will host a free seminar,”Surviving The Holidays,” from GriefShare on Nov. 15. The session lasts about two hours and is for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one.

“The holidays can be an especially difficult time after the death of a loved one,” a spokesperson said. “This seminar will help you with the emotions and with people during the holiday season. Everyone who attends will receive a free book with 30 days of devotions to help you cope with the holiday season.”

The event is free but those planning to attend need to register by calling Mary Ellen at 770-461-8378 by Nov. 10.

The event will be in The New Fellowship Hall in the A building, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Registration is from 6 – 6:30 p.m.
