Fayetteville Main Street is excited to host another wonderful opportunity for locals to get outside on their lunch break, and enjoy beautiful weather, music, and entertainment on the lawn of the Historic Courthouse square
.
Lunch on the Lawn will take place from 11: 30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., and everyone is welcome to participate in this community event.

The Rotary Club of Fayetteville will be selling hot dog lunch combos for $5, but people can bring their own lunch as well.

Attendees will be treated to some great music from “Kevin & Mike”. They are an acoustic duo that will perform pop hits from the 70’s to the current day.
New this time will be the “Charity Dunking Booth” where folks can try to dunk a local public figure to benefit local charities. Some of the dunkees include Fayette County Library Director, Chris Snell; Fayetteville Police Chief, Steve Heaton; Mayor Ken Steele, and others.

This Friday marks the third “Lunch on the Lawn” event this year, and is graciously sponsored by The Fayette County Development Authority.
