It comes with great excitement that I am announcing my intention to run for Post 2 of the Fayetteville City Council.

I have had the honor of serving the city as a member of the Main Street Board of Directors for the past five years and have acquired a great respect for the leadership of our community. I believe it is important to create continuity in the leadership of our community as we have one of the best run cities in the state.

I have lived and worked in Fayetteville for the past ten years, where the majority of that time was spent in banking and most recently as Marketing Director for CAMM Home Inspections.

I feel my leadership in the Rotary Club of Fayetteville and my service on the Mainstreet Board has afforded me the opportunity to gain knowledge of the needs of the community. I believe it is important to form relationships with people who can help address those needs with the result that Fayetteville will continue to be a desirable place to live.

My commitment to the community is to represent both the residents and business owners in a fashion that keeps in line with my Rotary pledge to lead in truth and fairness. Additionally, I will strive to build goodwill and friendships with everyone I serve .

I am an active of my church, Liberty Baptist in Fayetteville, where I serve on the Capital Expansion Team and Daycare Ministry Team. I have four sons, two are graduates of Fayette County High School and two are graduates of Ola High School in McDonough.
