Mrs. Lanie Spikes, of Fayetteville, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2011.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Gerald Spikes of Fayetteville; daughter Sherrie & Mike Stanley of Arizona; son David Spikes of East Point; grandchildren Jason and Michelle; sister Jean Ward of West Virginia and sister Mary Ferguson of Macon, GA.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville, GA. Rev. J.W. Wallis will officiate. The family will assemble at the graveside Saturday.
