0Mr. Paul A. Rice, 59, of Fayetteville, died November 14, 2010.
He was a deacon at McDonough Road Baptist Church. His childhood love for planes led him to a career in aviation and membership into the Commerative Air Force in Peachtree City.
He is survived by his wife Lisa Rice and son Matt Rice of Fayetteville, his brother Greg & Kathy Rice of Athens, GA ; his uncle Peyton & Mazie Smith of Covington, TN as well as two nieces and several cousins.
A memorial service for Paul will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 6:00 PM at McDonough Road Baptist Church. Dr. David Chancey and Dr. David Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul’s memory to the Gideon Bible Fund or McDonough Road Baptist Church .
