Mary Margaret Echols Barrow, age 85, of Fayetteville died Saturday, October 2, 2010.

Mrs. Barrow was preceded in death by her husband Julian H. Barrow; parents Weyman E. and Mary A. Echols; sister Virginia Echols and one brother Weyman Echols, Jr.

She is survived by her sons Timothy and Barbara Barrow of Auburn, GA and Terry and Patrice Barrow of Newport, NC; daughter Tina Dougherty of Fayetteville; grandchildren Stephanie and Chad Bishop of Plymouth, IN, Andrea Barrow of San Antonio, TX, John Barrow of Stockbridge, Chris Barrow of Atlanta, Melissa Barrow Carrollton and Gray Dougherty of Fayetteville; 10 great-grandchildren and sister Patricia and Bill Bartlett of Newnan.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2010, 11 AM in the Chapel of the Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, 5-8 PM.
