0The Powers Festival in west Coweta County is nothing if not the most unique experience around, at least in terms of finding a good bargain and grabbing a bite to eat while watching a bit of live entertainment. The festival’s 40th anniversary was held last weekend and, as usual, drew countless thousands for whom shopping under the large shade trees adds to the uniqueness of the event.
