Gospel performers announced
Southern Country Gospel Sings for the month of June will be held in the Grantville Railroad Freight Depot in Grantville, located on Exit 35 on Interstate 85. For Friday June 25: Jackie Robinson, Ward Family and One Accord. For Saturday June 26: Wayne Faircloth from Columbus, Christiannaires from LaGrange, and Bobby Ellis Band from Columbus. Flat Creek, FBC Newnan join in concert
The combined sanctuary choirs and orchestras of Flat Creek Baptist Church in Fayetteville and First Baptist Church in Newnan will join to present “Freedom Celebration 2010,” this Saturday and Sunday in Newnan and Fayetteville, respectively. Guest soloist will be Daniel Crews. Saturday’s performance will begin at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in downtown Newnan, and Sunday’s performance will begin at 7 p.m. at Flat Creek, on Flat Creek Trail between Fayetteville and Peachtree City. Admission is free.

Edgefield Baptist will dedicate sanctuary
Members of Edgefield Baptist Church invite everyone to come out and join them in celebrating the expansive renovations and upgrades to their sanctuary. There will be a Sanctuary Dedication Celebration on Sunday, June 27 at 2:30 p.m. The guest speaker will be Pastor Belinda McCastle from New Hope United Methodist Church in Fayetteville. Summit hosts Terrific Tuesdays
