Former Sandy Creek student awarded Mellon Mays Scholarship

Recently, Justin Williams, a sophomore at Brown University (Ivy League) in Providence, Rhode Island, and a Sandy Creek 2008 graduate was awarded the Mellon-Mays scholarship to continue his research he began in 2009 for the next two years. Additionally, Justin will receive a stipend during his junior and senior year to support his research and preparation for graduate school.
