Jeffrey Monroe Kimbro passed away on May 3, 2010 at the age of 24.
He was born February 24, 1986 in Fontana, CA to Tony and Pam Kimbro.
Jeff attended Peachtree City schools and graduated from Starr’s Mill High School in 2004. Growing up, he attended Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church and was active in the youth group. He went on two mission trips while in high school to Peru. He worked at Chick-fil-A for 2 1/2 years before attending Georgia State University upon graduation.
Jeff loved sports and enjoyed watching the Atlanta Thrashers, Braves and Hawks. Arsenal Soccer and the Alabama Crimson Tide were his favorites.
He was preceded in death by his dad Tony Kimbro. He is survived by his mom, Pam Kimbro; brother Brian Kimbro; grandmother Edith Duden; aunts and uncles Harlan and Lisa Duden and Harlan and Bill Ratliff.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Southside Church, 777 Robinson Road, Peachtree City. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 21, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Carl J. Mowell & Son, Peachtree City, GA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Agora House for Men, 360 Oak Street, Gainesville, GA 30501-8514 .
