After a heroic three-year battle with cancer, Judith J. Sundloff mercifully passed away on March 13, 2010. Her treasure of loving family surrounded her as she succumbed to Brain Cancer.

Judy was the second of five children born in September 1960 to John and Margeret Jakuback in New Rochelle, New York. She attended New Rochelle High School, Westechester College, and moved to Central Florida in 1980. She attended The Florida Institute of Technology and met her husband, Fred Sundloff, in 1986.

They were married in Melbourne, Florida, on November 25, 1988. Together they raised four beautiful children. She traveled with her husband and moved nine times as they served in the United States Army from 1988 to 1997. They discovered Fayette County and made it their home in 1997.

Her greatest fulfillment in life was her children. In her own words, she simply loved to make them smile. She would have loved nothing more than to raise her children, gran children and selflessly serve others with a lifetime of memories. She is an unforgettable woman who touched all who knew her.

Her tremendous battle with cancer was an inspiration to all. She far exceeded any expectation of a victim of such a horrid disease. She was a magnificent person, a beautiful woman, and she always maintained the sweetest disposition.

The tremendous support of family and friends, near and far, has simply been miraculous. We could not have made our extremely difficult journey with out your support. She and her family wish to express our sincere Thanks to all of you.

Judy was preceded in death by her father, John Jakuback. She is survived by her husband, Fred Sundloff, their four children, Michael, Catherine, Kevin, and Scott Sundloff of Fayetteville, GA; her mother, Margaret Jakuback, New Rochelle, NY; her four sisters Elizebeth Gugliemo and Mary Lavigne, New Rochelle, NY; Susan Souther, Dayton, OH, and Anne Marie Calabrese, Centerville, VA.

A viewing will occur at Carl J. Mowell funeral home in Peachtree City, Georgia on March 17, 2010 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm.

The Sacrament of the Resurrection will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Peachtree City, on March 18, 2010, at 11 o’clock. Father Michael Kingery will be officiating.
