Mrs. Ruth Turner Landrum, 94, of Fayetteville , passed away March 2, 2010.

Mrs. Landrum was a long-time member of Tyrone First Baptist Church . She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Landrum.

She is survived by her son, Billy Landrum and his wife Joanne of Peachtree City; daughters, Dorothy Thomas and her husband Donald of Tyrone, Patsy Couch and her husband Marvin of Tyrone, Frances McEachern and her husband Thad of Jackson and Janice Ashmore of Griffin ; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Tyrone First Baptist Church with Dr. Farren Roper officiating. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Gardens . Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 4, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville .
