Several men and women received training leading toward certification as Licensed Liturgical Ministers (LLM) in the Mid-South Diocese of the Charismatic Episcopal Church. Those who complete the process are licensed by the diocese to serve the chalice at services of Holy Communion and are authorized to take Holy Communion to the sick and shut-in of their parish. The classes were held at the Cathedral of Christ the King in Sharpsburg and were taught by Father Dan Hale, Canon Liturgist for the Mid-South Diocese, assisted by Deacon James Gardner.

Shown (L-R) are Father Dan Hale, Peachtree City; Christi and Richard Thompson, Newnan; Donna Turner and Nancy Wine, Sharpsburg; Deacon James Gardner, Tyrone; and Karen Hennessy and Jon Paul Landon, Senoia. Photo/Special.
