Robert H. “Bobby” Suttles, Fayetteville, died Dec. 3, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rowland Cortez and Edna Cowart Suttles. He had been practicing law in Fayette and Clayton counties for 25 years. He was graduated from John Marshall Law School and was a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Dr. Jimmy Orr officiating. Interment was at Red Oak Cemetery, Fulton County. Survivors include brothers Cortez Suttles, and Rowland Suttles; a sister, Mary Suttles Finnelay; an aunt, Elizabeth Parrot; nephews, Daniel Suttles and Andrew Suttles; and fiancée, Barbie Dunn. Memorial donations may be given to the Red Oak Cemetery Fund. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
