Author John Sipple announces the nationwide release of his new book, “Fourth Quarter,” where he advises his readers to not retire but retool and release their experience and wisdom to the emerging generations.

“Fourth Quarter” discusses how humans have been conditioned to think of age 65 as the time to retire — to kick back and relax. Most are at the peak of their game in terms of experience, wisdom and capability to coach others; and there are new emerging generations that can benefit, enormously, if it were made available.

In this eye-opening book, the author encourages his readers to let retirement become another word for transition, repackaging their capabilities for a season of coaching and investment on the younger generation.

Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
