Join Dr. Shaneka McClarty, a licensed psychotherapist, health scientist and plant-based chef, as she provides tips to cooking a healthy meal in just 30 minutes or less using an Instant Pot. Join for the demonstration to watch, or if you have an Instant Pot, feel free to bring it along to get hands-on experience. You’ll feel like an expert in no time with these easy, time-saving recipes.
