Motorists in Peachtree City now have a new traffic light to contend with.
City officials are hopeful the traffic light will improve safety at Wisdom Road and Ga. Highway 74. The project has been delayed for a number of months because of the need to get an easement from the CSX railroad company
The light was installed Thursday and will be in a flashing yellow mode for at least seven days to alert motorists of the new light. After that time the light will be fully activated.
