Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Hill of Delmar, N.Y. and Mr. and Mrs. Doug Handy of Peachtree City announce the marriage of their children, Nicole Hill and Christopher Martin Handy. The wedding was May 24, 2009, in Altamont, N.Y.

The bride wore a silk v-neck gown with rhinestone accents.

Erica Hill, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Kate Hammond of Delmar, N.Y., and Adele Handy of Rochester, Minn., sister of the groom, were bridesmaids.

Best man was Craig Handy, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Mike Handy of Layton, Utah, brother of the groom, and Adam Hill,of Delmar, N.Y., brother of the bride.

Following the ceremony at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Altamont, N.Y., a reception was held outdoors at Thatcher State Park. The couple honeymooned on an Alaskan cruise.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in basic science and recently completed a tour of service in RAF Mildenhall, U.K. as a maintenance officer .

The groom is a 2002 graduate of McIntosh High School and completed his bachelor of science degree at the United States Air Force Academy in engineering mechanics. He completed assignment at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah, in the F16 engineering department.

Both the bride and groom will be serving in the United States Air Force at Kirtland Air Force base.They will make their home in Albuquerque, N.M.
