The Fayette County Parks & Recreation Department still has spaces available in the Pajama Party event for boys and girls on Apr. 24.

Start your sleepover by bringing your friends to this workshop. Come dressed in your cutest pajamas, choose an “un-stuffed” collectible cuddly friend, hand stuff it yourself, “wish upon” and insert a rainbow star, then zip it closed. You’ll then name it, create a customized birth certificate and personalize your new friend by dressing it in adorable pajamas (included), color and decorate your new cuddly friend’s “Take Home Bag”, listen to a bed time story with your new friend, while enjoying cookies and punch.

Choose one of 15 different animals to stuff.

The event lasts from 6:30-8 p.m. and costs $35 per child. The event is open to ages 3-12 and ages 3-5 must be accompanied by a parent.

For more information, call 770-716-4320.  Advance registration is required by Thursday, April 22.
