Melissa Williams, 54, Albany, Ga., formerly of Fayetteville, died July 14, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Williams, parents, Robert and Patricia Dunn, and father-in-law, George Williams. A private memorial service will be held by the family. Survivors include a son, James A. Williams Jr., Albany; a daughter, Ashley and Dr. Will Miles, Albany; grandchildren, Holiday Miles and Adline Miles, both of Albany; a brother, Rick Dunn, Albany; sisters, BeBe and Alex Martin, Bainbridge, and Sue and Ben Wilkins, Dawson; and mother-in-law, Diane Williams, Dalton. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
