Jessie Kate Kelley Wingo, 82, Newnan, died March 20, 2008. She was born Feb. 6, 1926. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Eula Pullins, husbands, John Wesley Kelley and James Wingo, a son, John Ellis Kelley and a daughter, Annie Kate Kelley. She had joined Mount Vernon First Baptist Church, Newnan, at an early age. She received her education in the Heard County school system. Services were at the Roscoe Jenkins chapel, with interment at Eastview Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Albert and Wendy Kelley; a daughter, Annie Kelley Holloway; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; four brothers-in-law; and four sisters-in-law.
