Members of the James Waldrop Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution recently spoke to the fifth grade students of Spring Hill Elementary about the drafting and signing of the U.S. Constitution 220 years ago. Students then read the preamble aloud and signed their support to the Constitution. A DVD and teacher study guide about the Constitution were also donated to the school from the James Waldrop Chapter DAR.
