Technical problems resolved; site operations back to normal

Technical problems knocked The Citizen Online offline for several hours Wednesday afternoon and night. The major issues were resolved by 11 p.m. Sept. 19.

Because we had to use an earlier backed-up version of the site to restore service, some comments on some stories may have been lost.

We invite those posters to re-post their comments on those stories of interest to them.
