Peachtree City may be losing one of its Kroger grocery stores.
City officials confirmed this week that the building department has received plans to renovate the Kroger at the Peachtree Crossings East shopping center.
The new tenant is reportedly Goodwill.
A Kroger spokesperson would not confirm Thursday whether the store is closing, but it is the smallest Kroger in the area. It was previously a Big Star grocery store and later became a Harris Teeter before that company was purchased by Kroger.
The two other Krogers are located at the Kedron Village and Braelinn Village shopping centers.
