Marvin "Joe" Reagin Jr., 68, Fayetteville, died July 30,2007. He was born Oct. 14,1938 in Lithonia, Ga. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with interment at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville, Survivors include his wife, Vickie R. Reagin, Fayetteville; sons, Michael and Teri Reagin, Easton, Pa., Scott and Darlene Reagin, Fairburn, Steven and Penny Reagin, Burien, Wash., S/Sgt. Kelly and Shelley Reagin, Dennison, Texas, and Timothy and Karol Reagin, Peachtree City; 14 grandchildren; mother, Linnie Hopkins, Locust Grove; and sisters, Lynn Cartlidge, Locust Grove, and Cheri Hopkins, Oklahoma. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
