Several citizens decided to set out their tarps late Tuesday evening in Peachtree City for the annual fireworks show Wednesday night. But when the residents arrived, many of the tarps had been packed under the golf cart bridge at Battery Way Park by a prankster. The residents' coveted spots were gone, and many had to scramble for another viewing location.
