Sean McGee and Heather Haskin, both of Newnan, recently were selected as the new worship leaders for the 10 a.m. services at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg. The two will work with singers and musicians and will be responsible for introducing new music.
Both have served as members of the church’s worship team for several years and have appeared as performers on two CDs, “True Music,” and “The Bishop’s Mass.”
Father David Epps, pastor of the church, said, “Both Sean and Heather have a love of music and worship. Sean can play a number of instruments and Heather has a beautiful voice. We anticipate great leadership from these two outstanding individuals.”
The church is on Ga. Hwy. 34 just west of Peachtree City.
