Despite bad weather, the Fayette Art Center experienced a great turnout at the first gallery show for the Fayette Society of Fine Artists on April 15. Vickie Turner (above, left) won first place. Several artists sold work and many made new contacts. The show runs until May 14. The Fayette Art Center is now located at 2011 Ga. Highway 54 W. The phone number is 770-631-2780. Photo/Special.
